Flange Machining & Drilling
JTE have large capacity on our 12m Kollman milling machine for machining and drilling large Flanges.
Stub Shaft Refurbishment (Liquid Nitrogen Shrink Fit Assembly)
Through reverse engineering JTE repair large rolls for industry by replacing damaged stub shaft with new. Through machining and liquid nitrogen, shrink fit new shaft back into existing roll body, bringing into specification whilst cost saving and restoring ageing assets back to working condition.
Line Boring Split Case Pump
JTE Richard’s borer is known as one of Australia’s largest operational horizontal borers. In this photo we are line boring a large split case pump resorting the asset and bringing an ageing asset back to life.
